Festive Foliage Bottle Lights

Quick to make our Festive Foliage Bottle Lights display rich greenery elegantly with a touch of sparkle! Using our Cork Bottle Lights, this project is fantastic for upcycling old bottles, and is budget friendly too.

How to make

1. Forage, or buy, festive greenery – ivy, holly, eucalyptus, berry sprigs - and gently slide into your chosen bottle, cutting down to fit the length. Slowly fill the bottle with water, leaving at least 5cm gap at the top of the bottle.

2. Take your Cork Bottle Lights and bend the wire upward along the length of the cork.

3. Place the cork into the centre of the bubble wrap, bringing the outer edges upwards, to wrap the cork. Use doubled sided tape to keep in place if needed and trim back any excess bubble wrap.

4. Place the cork inside the bottle opening, so the lights sit on the outside of the bottle and secure on place with double-sided tape.

5. Finally, tie a ribbon around the cork.
