February is the month of love and we thought we’d "Share the love" by celebrating our incredible independent lampshade makers and small businesses.
Always ready to support our maker community, whether it’s a simple question about a product, helping you design your own fabric or making up trade packs in our warehouse, we love helping you expand your business; side hustle or main source of income. Shape, size, style, trims, fabrics and creative additions make every shade exceptional and we honestly couldn’t be prouder.
This week, in the run up to Valentine's Day we'll "Share the love" by tagging our makers in a daily themed post on Instagram.
While we can’t share every single lampshade maker or every single shade (sorry - there are way too many!), we’re hoping that by putting Dannells' makers and small businesses in the spotlight, we can create more business for you!
#memadeshade Instagram Competition
Excited to show off our maker’s shades in any way we can, and of course helping the public find the unique lampshade they are looking for, our #memadeshade Instagram competition has been a huge success since it started in February 2020 and we now have over 2500 entries!

Our Lampshade Makers directory was launched just last month, in January, and has already been a hit with our lampshade makers community with over 100 makers joining up already.
