Meet Dannells at the Autumn shows – Cheshire and Cheltenham

It's that time of year again when the Dannells team pack up the van and travel to trade shows to show new, and experienced customers, the potential of our Needcraft Lampshade Making and Creative Kits and share our endless lampshade making expertise!


This autumn we’ll be exhibiting at both Design Central North West in Cheshire and the October Interiors Show in Cheltenham, each of which offers plenty of inspiration for curtain and blind makers, soft furnishers, and interior designers. Read on to find out where to find us, what we'll be showcasing and how to apply for your FREE tickets to each event.

Situated in the stunning Capesthorne Hall, in the heart of Cheshire, Design Central North West is a mecca for interior trades, showcasing exhibitors who supply fabrics, soft furnishings, curtain and blinds, wall coverings, flooring furniture and much more. An event created following the philosophy that trade events should have a great selection of exhibitors, be inspiring, educational, and free to attend, we're really look forward to participating for a second year!

Visit the Dannells’ stand in the marquee, where our team will be waiting to welcome you! By introducing you to our extensive range of lampshade making kits, in a variety of shapes and sizes, and sharing our expert knowledge and resources, we can support you to learn new skills and grow your business.


Join our Lampshade Making Kit Demonstration

Come and see us demonstrate how to make a lampshade from scratch, in the ‘Talk Space’, as part of a wide range of talks and demonstrations throughout each day of the show.


At 3pm on Wednesday 28th September our expert lampshade demonstrator, Sam will be showing visitors how to make a 30cm Lampshade Making Kit, sharing her tips on suitable fabrics, tricks for making and a Q&A after the demo.

Cheltenham Racecourse





Hosted by the Curtain and Blind Makers Friendly Forum (CAMFF), the October Interiors Show held at Cheltenham Racecourse, is the coming together of a wide range of curtain and blind-making brands, showcasing the latest collections of fabrics and products from the UK, Ireland and beyond.


The Curtain and Blind Makers Friendly Forum (CAMFF) is a 3,500-strong Facebook group that represents a collective of curtain, blind & furnishing makers and interior designers. Both the October Interiors and April Interiors shows offer the opportunity for soft furnishers, upholsterers, interior designers, fitters and installers, suppliers and fabric houses to network, share knowledge and ask questions regarding production, supplies and technical details.

Find us in the main exhibition area, where we’ll be more than happy to talk you through how you can extend your existing curtain and blind-making ranges and revenue. We've seen many curtain and blind makers start to use our lampshade making kits and materials, to offer clients a complete and rounded package of curtains, blinds, cushions and lampshades.

On our stand, you’ll find lampshade making kits in a wide range of sizes and shapes for you to explore and the Dannells Team will be on hand to answer all of your questions.
