One of the perils of being a creative person is that you have so much stuff to make and create with! And, one of the challenges is organising and storing all those art and craft bits and pieces in a good-looking but easy-to-access way.
These storage boxes from Dannells are ideal, I’ve used some of my own fabric designs to ensure the containers reflect my own work and also show off my love for tropical plants. I made the fabric by designing a square of my monstera illustrations. Then I put this square into the Spoonflower website’s design tool and got my fabric printed from there.

The box is now used to store my ‘live’ projects – so it normally has my sketchbooks, pen pots and current books and tools I’m using for a particular illustration or craft make I’m working on. I’m thinking of doing a whole set of boxes and they’ve proved to be really handy.
